Why does my embedded menu not match my web settings?

In the Taplist.io dashboard, you can toggle various settings for your web menu, such as "Show/hide ABV", "Show illustrations", and so on.

These settings apply to:

Your hosted Web/QR menu (taplist.io/<name> )
Your embedded menu when using the iFrame method

However these settings do not apply to:

Your embedded menu when using the <script> tag method.

This difference is because the <script> tag method allows for more advanced customization by you or your webmaster by using CSS. For details on how to customize this embedded menu, see our guide.

If you do not need this level of customization and simply want your embedded menu to match your hosted menu, switch to the iFrame method.
