Activity requirements on our Free plan
We're proud to continue to offer our legendary free plan to non-commercial users! This plan comes with an activity requirement, which is described here.

What is the activity requirement?
You must use the product at least once every 3 weeks (21 days), otherwise your account will be subject to suspension.
"Use the product" means that you perform any action in the Taplist.io dashboard. Simply logging in counts as activity.
Why is there this requirement?
Every free account requires some resources on our side to maintain. To ensure we are keeping our costs in check, this requirement helps us identify when someone has stopped using the product.
What happens when my account becomes inactive?
You will receive an email advising you that your account has become inactive. You will have 7 days to take action.
What happens when my account is suspended?
When your Taplist.io account is suspended for inactivity, your web menu will become un-published and your TV menu will stop updating.
How do I unsuspend my account?
You can unsuspend your account by logging in and re-selecting the free plan.
Will my account and data be deleted?
We are not in the business of hording customer data, and we do periodically destroy suspended, inactive accounts.
If your account is suspended for 90 days or more, we may delete your account and data. We will not delete your data before this.
Can I avoid or disable this requirement?
Sure! This requirement does not apply to paid subscriptions. Upgrade to any paid plan and you're all set.
