Why do I need to enter my credit card on signup?

We may ask for your credit card information when you create your account on Taplist.io.

Why is Taplist.io asking for a credit card?

We require a credit card during signup in order to prevent some forms of abuse.

Will my credit card be charged once I enter it?

No. When you enter your credit card on signup, we validate it and save it securely with your account. However, we not charge or bill your account at this time.

If you started a free trial, you may be billed when you trial ends. If you don't want that to happen, just cancel your trial from the dashboard. (If you forget to do this, no problem! We will refund you: See next section.)

Can I get a refund?

Almost always. We have an extremely generous and pain-free refund policy.
